KIDS, TEENS AND ADULTS
Since 1972, Team NKS has been bringing Martial Arts education to Men, Women and Children. We bring the experience and knowledge on how to teach from 5-60 year olds.
WORLD CLASS INSTRUCTORS
Our head instructor has over 25+ years teaching martial arts from 3 - 73 year olds.
We have 2 Black Belt Instructors that have competitive experience, hitting the podiums in Provincial, European and World championships. They are often seen teaching and assisting each other in classes.

While BJJ/GRAPPLING may be considered a modern art. We consider ourselves first and foremost, a DOJO. This means we still honour the tradition of Martial Arts such as discipline and respect. We cultivate a friendly environment yet we try to adhere to the values of bushido.
